To provide a proactive operational and added value recruitment service to our Commercial (Marketing) and Retail teams at Head Office in Malmesbury. Home to our global Research, Design and Development centre and all of our Commercial functions, Dyson HQ is tucked away in countryside famous for the railway tunnels and bridges of Isambard Brunel, who revolutionised modern engineering. Our secluded location helps us to protect our ideas and stay independent-minded. Yet nearby are the fashionable cities of Bristol and Bath (where a young James Dyson invented cyclone technology).
The building is the heartbeat of Dyson. Nearly 2,000 people, including James himself, spend their days strategizing, inventing technology and telling the Dyson story to the world. In 2017, our HQ will double its footprint with an ambitious new expansion.

Talent Acquisition is at the heart of Dyson's growth plans. We are doubling our headcount at our Global Head Quarters in Malmesbury to 5000 people by 2020. We need a talented Recruiter to use their networks and proven direct sourcing ability to identify talent and work toward positioning Dyson as a destination employer for Marketing and Retail professionals.
A strong relationship builder you will fast become a credible partner to the relevant business areas, being known as the recruitment expert. Comfortable working to high volumes of roles, you will be highly organised with excellent time management skills. A proactive and solution focused approach, you will use your creativity to unlock talent pools of candidates and build a pipeline of engaged and talented individuals so to provide a more proactive recruitment service.
Passionate about recruitment with a proven ability to find and identify talent, you will have experience in direct sourcing and will already have an established network of candidates. Experience in Marketing and preferably Retail at a Head Office level is essential as is a strong work ethic and a willingness to work as a team as we continue to evolve our recruitment offering. Experience in working on additional recruitment related projects would be beneficial.
