As a Project Manager you'll be responsible for integrating our internal resource over a prescriptive project and technology, ensuring that the category’s products, campaigns and initiatives are brought to life in a cost-effective and timely manner.
Ultimately you'll enable the business to make effective and informed decisions on projects within a category to ensure we deliver the right things at the right time.

Function OverviewThe Commercial Team are responsible for bringing our engineering, technology and products to life through NPD (new product development)launches and marketing campaigns. We work across a diverse team of specialists and with our global markets to deliver outstanding communications. Our aim is to create inspired and highly differentiated experiences that amplify the pioneering technology we make. In order to deliver on this vision and Dyson’s growth ambitions, we need to transform the way we work.
AccountabilitiesProject Manager you'll take ownership of the internal resource and ensures that it delivers for projects within their category. Working closely with the Product and Commercial Management teams, the Project Manager is critical in ensuring that we make effective decisions about matters both internally (with R&D, technical teams (Claims, Insights, CST), channel teams etc.) and externally (with markets) through use of the Commercial Governance Framework. Project Managers are responsible for ensuring our launches and campaigns are planned, governed, resourced and managed to meet the business needs.
SkillsYou'll have excellent project management and communication skills working in a collaborative, creative, cross functional environment. You'll have been responsible for developing a clear Statement of Works during the Design phase and deliver everything upon it during the Delivery phase. You'll be able to demonstrate when you have delivered projects that were suitably planned, governed, resourced and managed. To succeed you'll need a clear approach, good senior stakeholder skills and speed when managing upwards.
