We play a pivotal role on a multi-million pound programme launching this year that brings the best technologies on the market to support digital, direct, owner and connected worlds together. A truly exciting programme to be a part ofIn this role you will be working directly with the Product Owner responsible for transforming Dyson’s Fulfilment Proposition.

Your primary project will be to assist implementation of customer ‘choice’ e.g. choose a date and time that suits or Click & Collect if it’s more convenient. Sounds simple. But it really isn’t and the goal for 2017 is to implement this into 20 countries!

Market Overview

Dyson is rapidly expanding; in its new and core categories, and across all of its global markets. The next four years are going to be Dyson’s biggest and busiest yet. By 2020, we'll be hitting £4 billion in revenue. We'll have brought in 5,000 more people. And we'll have launched a further four brand new product categories. With this pace of growth, these ambitious plans, and the complexities of global expansion, it is natural that Dyson is now thinking about the best ways to organise itself and manage its exciting new product ranges to best effect.

Function Overview

The next four years are going to be Dyson’s biggest and busiest yet.
When we’re not helping to lead transformation progammes we’re shaping feature developments and initiating projects and programs. Examples for 2017; adding new multichannel payment options, fixing the global delivery proposition and opening new direct stores on Dyson domains and marketplaces around the world.


You will be working on a diverse range of projecs such as..

  • Working with market eCommerce teams to agree a delivery proposition
  • Working with UX specialists and creative teams to define the optimum customer experience for each country and proposition
  • Working with the IT team and partners delivering the technology
  • Working with all partners during design, build and test phases.
You may also be called upon to drive through other projects relating to end to end fulfilment


Product Owners build strong relationships with market stakeholders, benchmark against external stimulus and trends whilst gaining insight from user testing, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target testing tools etc. – all feeding into the roadmap and continuing the evolution of our digital products.

Dyson Product Owners must be flexible, confident self-starters, problem solvers, enjoy removing blockers and be very comfortable with change!

We'd also like you to have experience of..

  • 2 years digital Project Management or Product Owner experience     
  • Working in, or knowledge of, agile scrum is also preferable
