Support Services provide administration and coordination support to key personelle in the business, along with supporting the employees of Dyson. The function also looks after Property Management and Reception cover.
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for 2 x PA’s to support the Leadership Team at Dyson. Dyson moves at a pace, new technology, new ideas and new products. To drive this we need the right people. The PA roles are instrumental in the success of the teams they support, and the wider business through coordination, administration, and project work which ensures the Leadership Team are able to deliver their targets.
Could you be part of our Dyson Support Services team?
Your role will cover the full duties of a PA including implementing administration systems, procedures, high level calendar and email management. You will also have the opportunity to drive and execute projects, events and activities across the business.
Previous PA experience supporting multiple senior leaders
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Highest level of integrity and confidentiality
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
You are a team player and enjoy picking up new things that fall broadly in the purpose of the role
