Function OverviewWithin the Global Quality & Reliability Department we have a small but ambitious Data & Insight team. The team is constantly looking for opportunities to inform decision making and product development by uncovering valuable insights and presenting them in a way that is clear and engaging. As our connected product portfolio expands, we need more inquisitive and talented people to find answers to key questions around product usage, perception, performance and reliability.
You will work on machine learning/NPL algorithms and models that help us to understand texts from different sources, such as CRM and customer reviews.
You will also support other streams of the team to develop new tools and processes, looking for more data, improving its quality and uncovering new connections.
- Expertise in various facets of machine learning and natural language processing, such as classification, clustering and supervised learning.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R, and ML packages/libraries such as sci-kit.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
- Self-motivated, dynamic and results-driven.
