As Dysons IT Problem and Change manager you will be responsible the Dyson global problem and change management process and activities

Tucked away in a quiet corner of Wiltshire, but only 15 minutes from the M4 and well connected by rail, our Malmesbury HQ is home to more than 3,000 people in a growing campus that houses our IT, Finance, Group Commercial, RDD and GB & Ireland Market teams. With 3 cafes, a gym and sports facility and a selection of iconic engineering legends including our Harrier and Lightning jets, it’s an inspirational place to work and the Digital team is based in the most recently built, agile workspace.
As we expand geographically, taking on more people and more complex enterprises, our IT Service department needs to continually evolve to face new challenges. Managing IT changes and problems within the Dyson business is a critical role in supporting and protecting our IT service offering both internally and externally to the organisation. Balancing the need for a high paced change environment to enable Dyson to grow with managing the impact of a change being applied is a must.
We are looking for someone that can define the change and problem management principles, processes and procedures and continuously improving the change and problem management processes and procedures. You will be proud to own Dyson’s global problem and change management process and activities.
You will be an advocate for communication and enforce and actively promoting the change and problem management process and best practice across Dyson IT globally.
You will have come from a very similar Problem Management / Change Management role in IT and will thrive on working independently with little guidance. A Proven capability of establishing and managing a Global Change and Problem management function in a fast paced Global organisation is a must given the pace we are operating. Expert knowledge of ITIL Change Management and ITIL Problem Management.
