Dyson has ambitious expansion plans for its digital platform in 2017 and beyond. As the Head of Ecommerce you will have full accountability for the growth of Dyson’s ecommerce footprint for Dyson.co.uk whilst helping shape Dyson's digital vision for wider markets.
Market OverviewDyson is rapidly expanding; in its new and core categories, and across all of its global markets. The next four years are going to be Dyson’s biggest and busiest yet. By 2020, we'll be hitting £4 billion in revenue. We'll have brought in 5,000 more people. And we'll have launched a further four brand new product categories. With this pace of growth, these ambitious plans, and the complexities of global expansion, it is natural that Dyson is now thinking about the best ways to organise itself and manage its exciting new product ranges to best effect.

We have huge growth plans for our ecommerce platform where our teams will be responsible for creating a seamless and consistent Dyson Experience to capture the hearts and minds of our owners. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate creativity and free thinking, who knows how to use an ecommerce platform to educate and excite people about our technology and our machines.
As the Head of Ecommerce you will have accountability for the overall look and feel for Dyson.co.uk, as well as influencing other Northern European markets as part of an omni-channel Direct business working together with Direct Retail and Customer Service. You will take responsibility for all financial goals and objectives of Dyson.co.uk and our market place business, as well as leading the planning of all product launches. As the Head of Ecommerce you will also develop promotions, range planning and merchandise solutions to help further build and strengthen the Dyson brand.
You will lead a perfectly executed online platform that delivers outstanding customer experience for Dyson shoppers, and that sets the standard for wider markets. With an eye for detail, you will ensure on time, flawless execution of all content and experiences on Dyson.co.uk. Having a creative mind, you will generate ideas about future online activities and events to ensure a world class digital strategy. Commercially astute, you will deliver and exceed the growth objectives for Dyson.co.uk, as well as help deliver the objectives for the Dyson direct business. You will take an active role as a leader within our direct retail business, mentoring and developing both your own and the broader Direct team.
