You'll give strategic insight to the people planning process that support longer term plans to recruit, retain and develop great people passionate about Dyson. An effective communicator is a must and you will easily build relationships at all levels to enable the support, advice and challenge of people practices within the business.

Drive delivery of HR strategic initiatives
To be successful in HR at Dyson, you need to think and act commercially. You need to understand your business areas and provide appropriate challenge to be a key contributor to key business decisions. This could include project managing organisational changes resulting from strategic initiatives or with Managers developing departmental people plans
Provide proactive operational support to the Management team
Recruitment, ER responsibility, Line Manager capability, advice on HR policies and everything else in between. The role is varied and stretching with a huge amount of autonomy.
Support and drive Talent Management
We are on an incredible growth journey, and therefore ensuring we have the right talent, in the right roles at the right time is critical to our success. You will therefore be identifying succession moves and identifying critical roles, always looking ahead to ensure we stay future proof. Supporting Line Managers to hold them to account, on levels of capability and potential they have in their teams
