Grounds Maintenace Team Leader

£25,700 - £32,000 + bonus + pension + 27 days holiday + free on-site gym

Malmesbury, Wiltshire, United Kingdom

Description

The Dyson property portfolio is growing. The expansion of the existing Campus at Malmesbury and the future development of a larger one at Hullavington require the services of a team to maintain both the hard and soft landscaped areas at both locations.

We require an experienced horticulturalist to be responsible for the day to day supervision of the team and proactively participate in developing the landscaping vision for the site. This small but agile team will initially support and work in conjunction with a third party contractor to ensure all external areas are maintained to a high standard and meets our environmental aspirations. The successful applicant must have a keen interest and passion for horticulture.

This will be a very hands-on role and he/she must possess infectious enthusiasm, drive, enjoy challenges and bring a flexible approach to the role.
