It’s a great life on the road, meeting customers, bringing their well-loved Dyson products back to tip-top condition and selling new Dyson products to them.
Repairing and servicing all Dyson products within customers’ homes within your designated territory, you will show them really professional customer service and after-sales support.
You’ll thrive in your virtually self-employed status, normally working from your own home. With a basic 39 hours per week there will also be some weekend calls, you will work one Saturday in four with a short finish on Fridays to compensate. However, you’ll need to be flexible because there will be times when you are asked to travel to other adjacent areas and customers often ask for your visits to be booked outside of normal working hours.

AccountabilitiesMeeting sales targets will be a big part of your day, offering your customers consumables, warranty policies, accessories and machines. You’ll need to be totally open to new ways of working, embracing exciting new technology as we develop it. You must have face-to-face Customer Service experience, sales ability and good electro/mechanical skills. A natural problem solver with great attention to detail you should have great interpersonal skills and faultless time-management. A clean driving license is of course essential; able to navigate in unfamiliar areas you must control your van stock and maintain documentation.
