When our customers call, they expect the kind of superior service and the solutions-oriented approach that are already synonymous with the Dyson name. So if you’re the kind of person who thrives on making customers happy, can really buy into our brand, and will go all out to deliver our values, you’ll love it here, you would be answering all incoming DRTV calls, emails or online chat; handling queries and giving advice while converting potential customers into a purchase, you would also be supporting the wider Sales Support team to achieve and exceed its targets.


The hours of work are 39 a week (between 9.00 and 17.45, this would be on a rolling five-week shift pattern, working five days out of seven).

Function Overview

Our Customer Service team epitomises Dyson’s problem-solving ethos. There’s no query our Ask Dyson teams can’t answer. And there’s no fault our Field Service engineers can’t fix.

Driven to turn owners into passionate advocates of the brand, our team makes each experience rewarding. It requires in-depth knowledge and genuine passion for Dyson technology. So we never miss an opportunity to talk about Dyson’s latest machines – and frequently sell products as well as solve problems. From letters and emails, to calls, online and social media, our team is constantly evolving to give better service.


Working as part of our friendly, professional team, you’ll take ownership of all customers’ questions, whether via the phone, email or online chat. You would captured and record all data from each call to create an audit trail for both the customer and Dyson. You would also be responsible for completing daily and monthly sales reports.


We’re not looking for similar experience. We’re looking for people who understand what it takes to deliver great customer service.
