DescriptionYou will be responsible for driving sales and profit across the North and North West of England, through both our strategic distribution partners and end user customers for Dyson Professional - Dyson Airblade, Dyson Lighting, Dyson Environmental Control and Dyson Supersonic. This territory will take you anywhere from Sheffield, to Manchester, to as far north as Cleveland and Teeside.

Function OverviewAlways evolving, always challenging, our Dyson Professional (Airblade) teams are the connection between Dyson and the fast-paced world of our corporate partners. Incorporating Dyson Airblade V and dB handdryers, Dyson Tap, Dyson Lighting, and even our consumer products (Floorcare, Environmental Control and Haircare) the team finds new opportunities to get Dyson technology into offices, airports, restaurants, hospitals…the opportunities are endless.
You will develop strong business relationships so that our partners sell Airblade across their counters. With Direct accounts you’ll identify, approach and close sales that achieve profitable volumes. You will ensure targets and pipeline are met and exceeded through a highly analytical and commercial approach.
Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, you’ll find satisfaction in working autonomously to plan and deliver your own results. You will need to communicate Dyson’s superior technology in the face of cheaper competition that lacks Dyson’s engineering excellence.
Success looks like hitting and exceeding targets including units sold, margin, and new business growth.
A negotiator with brilliant presentation skills, you will have a proven sales background within business to business or consumer environments of working to and exceeding targets.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, thinking on your feet and finding your own path. You’ll also be commercially minded so enjoy having big strategic conversations as well as getting stuck in to make things happen.
As this role covers the North West of England, you must be based on patch, or looking to relocate there.
