Function Overview

Our Australian Marketing team consist of Brand, Retail Activations, Digital Marketing, Public Relations and Creative.


As the Assistant Brand Manager for Hair Care & Floor Care, you will help to implement brand campaigns and support new product launches across these categories for Dyson within Australia & New Zealand. Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering strategic and tactical projects to drive awareness, conversion and household penetration. 

You will also be responsible for: 
  • Assisting with the development of Category Annual Brand and Execution Plans 
  • Development of consumer integrated marketing campaigns
  • Implementing new product launch strategies with support from Brand Managers 
  • Managing existing products collaboratively with local and global stakeholders 
  • Research and analysis to support marketing initiatives 
We're looking for a team player who is flexible and willing to go above and beyond to contribute positively to the collaborative and fun culture of our Brand Management team.


This role requires you to be assertive, engaging, driven and dynamic with demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably working for a premium brand. You will have a genuine passion for Dyson products, understanding what makes us different. And you are a problem solver who is not afraid of challenges and is always looking for a better way. 

In addition you will require: 
  • A marketing or related degree 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Sound commercial acumen 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
